Experience & Professional Background
Through a psychodynamic lens, I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, helping them navigate life’s complexities in a way that honors their unique strengths and experiences. My therapeutic style fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journeys.
I am dedicated to collaborating with clients to address both past and present challenges, helping them develop strategies to enhance their quality of life and build a more fulfilling future. In my spare time, I enjoy attending concerts, watching films, and spending quality time with family and friends. I also have a deep affection for animals, especially my cat, Pickle.
