Experience & Professional Background
In addition to my private clinical expertise, I spent seven years working as a Certified Middle School Counselor, supporting students dealing with anxiety, depression, peer and family relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. I earned my M.Ed. and completed my post-master's LPC coursework at West Chester University. I completed my B.S. in Psychology cum laude from Juniata College, where I was also a member of the 2006 National Championship Volleyball team.
I began my career as a Family-Based Mental Health Professional before becoming one of the founding outpatient clinicians at Penn State Health Children's Hospital's TLC clinic in Hershey, PA. I have also co-authored multiple research articles on treating children with various behavioral disorders. I treasure spending time with my family while raising my children, and as a former college athlete, I continue to prioritize maintaining a healthy workout regimen.
