Kasey H. Ong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware, Texas, and Utah. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Barnard College and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston. As part of her clinical training, she completed a Post-Graduate Social Work Fellowship program at The Menninger Clinic in Houston, TX.
Experience & Professional Background
I have experience working in inpatient, day treatment, and outpatient settings with individuals struggling with a variety of psychiatric conditions, including eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders.
My therapeutic approach incorporates a psychodynamic framework alongside DBT, ACT, and CBT skills, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about supporting my clients through life transitions and creating spaces for self-reflection and meaningful change.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors in nature, gardening, and drinking tea.
