Experience & Professional Background
My professional experience includes five years in the mental health non-profit sector, as well as work in school and outpatient environments. I have supported clients who have experienced trauma, such as domestic and sexual violence. I provide services to both adolescents and adults, with a focus on transitional-age youth and young adults.
I approach therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, valuing each client’s unique story and inner resilience. Drawing from a blend of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Attachment-based therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, identify core strengths, and foster lasting healing and growth. My therapeutic space is grounded in empathy and respect, providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to co-create meaningful change.
In my free time, I value spending quality time with my partner, family, and friends, being active, baking, and participating in West Chester local community events.
